Welcome to the Derby Delight! With ample space for up to 16 guests, our spacious home features three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor, including a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, each with a king and queen bed, sharing a conveniently located bathroom.
The basement provides a perfect spot for relaxation or entertainment, with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and a half bathroom. Tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout ensure a delightful stay, whether for a family vacation, group getaway, or business trip.

Seth has a lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a park off the backyard and still so close to anything you need. The hot tub and game room were big hits w our family. Seth was very quick to respond to any concerns and they were addressed asap. The home was set up for large families that span the ages, but still had spaces for those moments you needed some peace and quiet. We so appreciate that we were able to find his home and enjoy it as our home away from home for the week!

This was a great place to stay for our family, beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood ,and plenty of space for our group, plenty of pillows, blankets, definitely would stay again if we were in the area. The hot tub was great!

Our stay was delightful. The home was clean, spacious, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen, well, stocked and communication with the owner was clear. The house is located in a very nice, safe, quiet, neighborhood. The back screened in porch was a delight in the fall. Many TVs and delightfully decorated.
